Yoga is touted by many for its healing qualities, its strength and flexibility building and as a ticket to a longer lasting healthy life. You do not need to visit the local yoga studio, or buy some fancy outfit! Yoga can be done at your job, your home or the park. The most important issue is that you do SOMETHING! Enjoy stretching, breathing and extending your healthy life!
